Training on Sunday Mornings

Our Sunday Runs

We aim to offer cross-country runs from the BVAC bench on Hayes Common on Sunday mornings. These runs are dependent on the availability of our Run Leaders and will be advertised within the club separately. They do not take place on the mornings of any of the Kent Fitness League races.
