Big Congratulations To Marcus Elwes who represented GBR in his age group (55-59 yrs) in the 2023 European Triathlon Championships in Madrid, Spain. Unfortunately, due to water conditions, the triathlon was changed to a duathlon:

Run: 2.5km
Bike: 20km
Run: 5km

Marcus's finishing time was: 01:08:22 in position 27.

Huge congratulations to Marcus Elwes for successfully completing the Ironman event in Cervia, Italy on the 16th September. This was all the more of an achievement as Marcus had suffered a bike crash 5 weeks before, which resulted in cracked ribs and a seriously damaged shoulder.

Run: 42.2 km (26.2 miles)
