parkrun is such a simple concept: turn up every Saturday and run 5km, or if you’re a junior then 2km every Sunday. It doesn’t matter how fast you go. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. What matters is taking part.

Norman Park Athletics Track is one of the busiest tracks in the country. During the track & field season the track is heavily used for open meetings, league competitions, primary and secondary schools events, coaching sessions and bookings from a wide variety of organisations.

The Kent Fitness League is an enjoyable cross-country series for non-elite athletes (sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are barred). Races are staged across Kent from October to March and the league has currently 18 clubs competing

England Athletics develops grass roots athletics in England, supporting affiliated clubs to prosper, developing more and better coaches, recruiting and supporting volunteers and officials.
